As we celebrate the Christmas season of generosity, we say a heart-felt thank you to all our donors and supporters; they are vital in helping with the £2,850 per day upkeep of our beautiful Grade I listed building. Could you too make a donation this Christmas, become a Patron, or a regular donor?
The Cathedral has been at the centre of Christmas celebrations in Bradford for hundreds of years, delighting generations of families, local people, and visitors, with carol concerts, seasonal events and services. It is a tradition we hold dear; we hope you can help us in maintaining the tradition for generations to come.
By making a donation you will be supporting all the hard work that goes into running our wonderful Christmas events; you will also be supporting the costs of keeping the building weatherproof, watertight, and welcoming throughout the year.
The Gift of Giving – you might also consider making a Christmas gift of Patron membership to a friend or loved one. Becoming a Patron means joining a passionate group supporting our Cathedral; membership comes with year-round benefits like invitations to special Patron events.
To support us this Christmas you can make a one-off donation, or, by becoming a regular donor, you will be supporting us in the most effective and sustainable way. You can donate online via our website, or by card and cash at the donation stations in the Cathedral. If you donate at our new donation station near the Cathedral entrance, you will be able to directly add Gift Aid; if you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid enables you to increase your donation by an extra 25% at no additional cost to you. You can also make a cash or cheque donation at the Cathedral office. We will be enormously grateful for your help.
