‘The Man Who Loved Cathedrals’ leaves legacy gift to Bradford Cathedral alongside memories of his visit
Mr Buzzard, who died last year at the age of 95, left every Church of England cathedral a bequest in his will, alongside a short report of his visit to each one, which he did over a 10-year period. He visited Bradford Cathedral in December 1997, as the final Cathedral on his pilgrimage.
On Wednesday 13th December we welcome George Inscoe from Croydon for our final organ recital of the current season.
On Sunday 17th December we will welcome members of the Yorkshire Tykes youth ringing group to the Cathedral, who will be ringing out bells for a practice session ahead of our Nine Lessons and Carols service.
