‘We Built This City’: 150 Years of the Bradford Society of Architects and Surveyors runs from the 28th September 2024 to the 2nd March 2025 at the Bradford Industrial Museum, and will feature an interpretation panel that includes an architecture drawing of Bradford Cathedral by architect Edward Maufe from 1945, digitised from a glass lantern slide in the museum’s collection.
You will also be able to see a video we created for World Architecture Day in 2021, in which Ulrike Knox, the Cathedral Architect, talks about Maufe and his extension of the Cathedral.
