On Tuesday 11th July Ruth Hutton-Searle held her final rehearsal with the Grace Notes, and also showed off some new t-shirts!

Having been at the inception of the Grace Notes – then known as the Saturday Singers – Ruth Hutton-Searle took her last rehearsal on the 11th July.

Ruth said:
“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this group of young people this year (and at various points previously). They truly embody the words ‘Sing with joy to the Lord.’

“I will miss their infectious energy, but it is time for someone with more energy to take over!”

Graham Thorpe, Assistant Director of Music at Bradford Cathedral, says:

“We’re incredibly grateful for Ruth’s work as the leader of Grace Notes (and Saturday Singers). Her work with the choir since she and Alex Berry founded it in 2018 has been fantastic, giving many, many children the opportunity to sing at the Cathedral every week.”

All at Bradford Cathedral would like to thank Ruth for all her hard work – and all the best for the future!

Look out for more information about the Grace Notes soon.
