The Daniel Martinez Flamenco Company is a Spanish flamenco company based primarily in Edinburgh, Scotland. Alongside founder and flamenco Spanish guitarist and composer Daniel Martinez, the company also hosts professional flamenco guitarists, singers, dancers and musicians, offering some of the best flamenco music and dance in the UK.
The Daniel Martinez Flamenco Company started in 2017 after Daniel moved to the United Kingdom in 2015 to perform with other flamenco artists within the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and various flamenco festivals, concerts and shows.
Daniel Martinez has been playing flamenco guitar for over 20 years, starting at the age of 7 at the Royal Conservatoire of Cordoba and graduating as a fully licensed flamenco musician in 2015. There he learnt from some of the best Spanish flamenco guitar teachers Andalucía has to offer.
