It’s been another busy few months for educational visits, and the team has particularly enjoyed welcoming schools for Advent and Christmas visits at this time of year.
Since November educational visits have included:
- A Level Art students from New College, Bradford
- Year 10 GCSE RE students from Eden Boys’ School
- 90 pupils from Years 3-6 in the Upper Wharfedale Primary Federation, from Grassington C of E Primary School, Kettlewell Community School, Cracoe and Rylstone Primary School and Burnsall VA Primary School
- Year 1 pupils from Reevy Hill Primary School
- Year 3 pupils from Rainbow Primary Leadership Academy
- 50 Reception pupils who came on the train all the way from Eastwood Community School, Keighley
- 150 Year 8 students (full year group) from Laisterdyke Leadership Academy
- Year 9 students from BBEC- Buttershaw Business and Enterprise College
- Students from Southfield Grange Special School
We were also visited in November by a group of ordinands from St. Hilda’s Mirfield, who were interested to hear about our interfaith engagement across the city and particularly our educational work with children.
