Trinity Sunday marks the beginning of what is known as ‘Ordinary Time’ in the Church, which lasts until Advent.
Whilst the time from Advent to Pentecost has told the story of the life of Christ, Ordinary Time tells the extraordinary story of the presence of Jesus in his Church.
There will be no choral services today as the choir are singing in Carlisle Cathedral for the installation of our very own Revd Pete Gunstone as Canon Precentor at 3pm there. All are also welcome to that service.
