No musical experience necessary, there are no wrong notes or mistakes. Everyone is born with a heart beat, our own internal rhythm. We all can add something to the drum circle rhythm. The experience will offer you a feeling of being connected, health and wellbeing, release and renergise, and a feeling of empowerment.
