Sacred to the memory of the Revd. Benjamin Kennet, A.M., 33 years Vicar of the Parish. He died May 18th 1732 aged 59.

And to Mary his third wife daughter and coheiress of Richard Dawson Esq. of Wakefield in this County. She died Novr 25th 1734 in the 49th year of her age.

Their numerous virtues endear’d them to their friends and render’d them an example worthy of all.

Hannah their surviving daughter in perpetual testimony of her filial duty and affection, hath caused this tablet to be erected A.D. 1777.
