Four pieces recorded in late May at Bradford Cathedral will feature in an episode of BBC Songs of Praise, to be broadcast on BBC One on Sunday 29th June 2025 at 1:15pm.

We are delighted to be able to reinstate the Maufe Candlesticks as part of our Patronal Festival celebrations on Sunday 29th June.

The 77th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service takes place at Bradford Cathedral on Sunday 22nd June 2025 at 6:30pm.

The ‘Woven Lives’ installation will be displayed at Bradford Cathedral from the Tuesday 8th July through to Monday 1st September 2025

‘Knit the Stripes’ – part of the Cathedral’s ‘Weaving Stories’ season – runs from Tuesday 1st July – Thursday 28th August 2025.

Bradford Cathedral has a plaque in honour of the Bradford Pals – the 16th and 18th battalions West Yorkshire regiment – “who fought for our freedom and many of whom died on the Flanders fields. We give thanks to God for every remembrance of them.”

We’re seeking to appoint a Cathedral Safeguarding Officer to champion safeguarding across all aspects of the life and work of our community – promoting safeguarding culture, ensuring adherence to legislation and policy, monitoring risk, and actively managing safeguarding concerns and cases.
